Stretch Straps Instructions

Instructions
Connect the Stretch Straps to the male and female clips of the knee lock as shown, then place the loops around the feet. Adjust the straps to stretch as shown on the stretching instructions.

2. Full Back & Double Hamstring Stretch


3. Sitting Splits 4. Lying Splits


5. Forward Splits 6. Hurdler's Stretch


7. Hamstring Stretch 8. Upper Back & Hamstring Stretch
 


9. Back & Hamstring Stretch 10. Adductor Stretch

Warning: Do not attempt to overstretch tight muscles. Muscles will respond best to daily and gradual stretching. If you have back problems, consult your physician for recommendations BEFORE attemping any stretching.
