I have experienced pain in my back, hip, leg and into my foot from sciatic nerve problems. Hint: Assemble one side at a time so you can use the other side as reference along with these instructions.
1. Unthread the left buckle, paying close attention to the orientation of the strap and the threading path.
2. Without twisting the strap you just removed, re-thread it into the buckle of the extension strap by passing the strap UP through the back opening and then DOWN through the forward opening.
3. Finally, making sure you do not twist the strap, thread the remaining loose end through the original buckle.
